There was never any chance that they would go back into trading until every part of the merger was completed and signed off.
The CTL administrators had to even get a judge to sign off on matters. Some people are always going to know more about such matters than the market. So in the interests of transparency this will remain in suspension.
Just going to be interesting to witness how the market rates the new entity.
