    "Approval from the California Department of Geological and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) is the next and final step in the approval process." ............ 31/10/2019 SGC Announcement.

    I'm thinking the SGC Board would be just as frustrated with the DOGGR final approval process as some of the enthusiasts/posters on this thread appear to be.

    Green light for immediate Borba drilling preparation and commencement as soon as they (SGC) get the approval notification from DOGGR and consequently announce same IMO.
