    I think you are 99% spot on here but the 1% that brings it all undone is that ''Talico" have proven time and time again to fail in their due diligence. Almost to the point where it is on purpose...so their being satisfied based on the worst judgement in the asx is hardly satisfying imo.

    But you think they are great, welcome.

    They can talk, yet to deliver.
