I sold my COB for a profit.
I didn't hold any BPL so I put 90% of that profit into BPL as its prospects
looked better than COB. I have a free carry for the original investment. I found COBs approach to BPL re the further payment of 7mill by hanging BPL out to dry very unprofessional and needlessly aggressive for a sister company with a common director.
The Hills behind BPL have extensive knowledge of commercial law and merchant banking and were not going to be bullied. TJ is an assertive character and a deal maker. BPL wont run out of funds. The Hills and other investors would back a further cap raise. Todays ann is a paradigm shift for BPL and I believe their 30% of Thackaringa will be monetized for 5-7 mill.
There is the capacity for BPL to do a rinse and repeat of Thackaringa at La Paz but for a bigger sum.
They have said their Murray Basin tenements have big potential for both heavy mineral sands and rare earths. They have holdings of monazite which can be processed into rare earths. See their ann 31.7.19 and also the definition below..

Monazite is a reddish-brown phosphate mineral containing rare-earth metals. It occurs usually in small isolated crystals. It has a hardness of 5.0 to 5.5 on the Mohs scale of mineral hardness and is relatively dense, about 4.6 to 5.7 g/cm³. There are at least four different kinds of monazite, depending on relative elemental composition of the mineral:^[3]

• monazite-(Ce), (Ce, La, Nd, Th)PO₄ (the most common member),
• monazite-(La), (La, Ce, Nd)PO₄,
• monazite-(Nd), (Nd, La, Ce)PO₄,
• monazite-(Sm), (Sm, Gd, Ce, Th)PO₄.
