My unqualified guess would be a, No.
We as share holders have the last say in regards to how we cast our vote and management can not over rule out vote.
This is assuming we vote Yinbin in to take a stake in our company.
I've had doubts about voting in favour of Yinbin solely due to the fact they're getting too good a deal at there buy in price.
We're being encouraged to exercise our voting rights with regards to this deal.
We certainly can't allow SH apathy to dictate which way the vote goes.
