We are all speculating, but IF there were truly no thoughts of a CR 12 days ago, and now we're facing one, and IF this CR has something to do with supply, joint ventures, etc...then the positive news of the latter should be released to share holders in order to avoid these questions being asked.
Right now, we have all been smacked in the face with a wet fish, and it's starting to stink!
If this is just a flat out cash grab prior to the end of the year, then 12 days ago, at the AGM, this would have been known, and when asked if there would be a CR in the near term, and that answer was a "no," well, shareholders DO consider a near term CR as less than two weeks after they were told otherwise. Lying to shareholders at the AGM? Hmm...
There had better be a very detailed explanation, with a very positive announcement attached to it within the next 48 hours!
