I was assuming the Execution Date referred to on page 6 of the announcement at head of this thread was 11 November 2019. Its already linked to the first post in this thread.


I was assuming that because the announcement says (p5)

"1.1 Background.

As announced on 11 November 2019 the Company has entered into a conditional subscription agreement with Yibin Tianyi Lithium Industry Co,. Ltd (Yibin Tianyi) (Subscription Agreement) under which Yibin Tianyi has agreed subject to satisfaction of a number of conditions precedent, to subscribe for, and the Company has agreed to issue to Yibin Tianyi, 314,300,000 Shares (Subscription Shares) at an issue price of $0.045 per Subscription Share, equating to a total subscription amount of $14.143.500 (Subscription).

1.2 Subscription Agreement

The key terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement are as follows:

My best guess as to why you are asking me what I am assuming is that you must reckon I'm assuming something wrong or be assuming that the Execution Date is later than 11 November 2019 -- (that the Subscription Agreement hasn't been executed yet) - is that it?


I'm guessing you think that the Subscription Agreement hasn't been executed yet so we haven't reached the Execution Date in (c) Exclusivity and Restrictions.
