CPS Capital (Mr & Mrs Petersen.........) had about 41 million shares as apart of the initial funding back in 2016.
Not sure if they acquired more thru the later cap raises ?

Hard to know without at least a top 40 list of holders!!!!!!!

If there is a a 0% uptake, then CPS could easily control this company.
