    I am not certain the loan will fail - but I think it more likely than not.

    Three things can happen

    1. Loan succeeds - I get my existing investment back

    2. Loan fails - I lose my existing investment but I back up the truck at 10c. I make more off the 10c investment than my existing one.

    3. Loan fail - I lose my existing investment and it goes broke.

    At the moment I think either 1 or 2 is likely. 3 not that likely. If I thought 3 was likely I would sell
