Yeah, that is a possibility. FAR is attempting to borrow on a 70% ratio now, at around 10% pa.
Note, borrowing that amount raises our risks (not sure we want a repeat of the STO situation) and it also means we need to find $ to pay interest charges for those 4 to 5 years. And assuming a simple non-compound rate, 5 years will equate to around 50% of our original loan.
