SML is the last piece of the puzzle I believe. Once they have it in hand things will flow nicely. Investments, off-takes, etc will come in quickly.
World class JORC resource at shallow depth, future looks bright for REE and US China trade war will only strength the outlook.
Patience required while we wait for SML.
