"This announcement could well explain the need for those directors to sell almost immediately" – I like your posts very much; you're thoughtful and incisive. So why would you chuck in a line like this? Hasn't the "sell almost immediately" decision already been explained, analysed, discussed, checked, and validated most exhaustively? Why, after all that effort, would another explanation be needed?
