Why does a CR have to be scaremongering? It is what it is. Norwoods way of getting money to pay the bills. If you're a holder of Norwood you should be delighted with an upcoming CR. It means your investment will stay listed that little bit longer. While you're listed, you're a chance.
If you're not a holder predicting a CR is just par for the course. Norwood has had what, ten of them? In the last four or so years? The only interest is how it will be structured, how much for and who's going to put their hand in their pocket.
My suggestion is to look around the ASX and see what other companies do with their CR. Many of them are to buy new assets, leaseholds, subsidiaries, fund trials, drilling and expansion plans. They are generally exciting points in a company history. They aren't scarey or ominous. Clearly you view Norwoods CR as exactly that which is why the suggestion of one is so withering for you. It gives us an interesting perspective of how you actually view the company.
