to purchase the lot at .0675 he would have needed to stump up over 500k.
a lot of money for anyone to shell out and he can't sell any to fund the purchase because shareholders would literally hunt him down and cane him for selling 5-6 million shares on market right now to rebuy at a lower price...
Directors buying is a good thing...big picture.
