The writing is on the wall already that guidance won't be reached this year... On target but will fail if weather is unfavourable (seems like a cushion to soften the blow).
My view is this stock is a sinking ship; the directors and a few others got to make a few dollars on an inflated SP and the average Joes paid for it.
