How many holders would have had parcels of options too small to trade .
There is always a shortfall of retail investors in any CR especially in those investors that have relegated their shares to the bottom drawer .
If they had made the options free there would not have been any shortfall .
The shortfall was purposely engineered by the BOD .
It should just be obvious , it is clear as day to me .
Tamarind may have got their allocation their TEG shares could be held by an Australian affiliate .
