if that is the cause then any dilution that causes that sort of response must have been a massive give-away of shareholders value........ lets be frank, when you increase SOI without an injection of supporting capital then you are really taking money out of the pocket of existing shareholders (mind you, many small caps are actually full of shareholders that have never paid a cent for their holdings - nice work if you can get it)
