Hi Blommer, my 2 cents:
80% of all applications for loans now occur online, and this is growing exponentially. The bricks and mortar option is the way of the past.
Even the smaller payday loans are now mainly online, using mobile phones. Ease of access is the name of the game. CCV is doing the right things to develop their tech, but I thought it appropriate to mention, holding onto the expensive overheads is to the detriment of the businesses performance..
