It's all about self awareness trashcan.

You'll get careful people who will strictly stick to the rules and get on just fine almost anywhere.
Then you'll get the assholes who will treat the locals like dirt, break the rules, cause a nuisance and likely run into trouble with the authorities. And then most times just pay their way out of trouble.

But we digress. Back to the OP. What is your main concern re George going on his overseas jaunts? What do you think he's done/doing wrong??
