ASX has something against ISX? maybe ASX have something on ISX, have you every considered opening your mind up to that possibility. And maybe stop the ASX and their directors conspiracy theories.
Because ISX have stoped shouting and complaining about the suspension says a lot IMO and based on no information apart from reading of tea leaves i suspect legal briefs are being prepared about something which will end up being fought over in court.
so to contribute to the various answers of the specifix question raised i personally think it wont be removed from suspended list for a long time and how long depends on what defense ISX mount in the courts.
