Tell me about JAWS, page-46

As I recall we saw a slide in STX's share price in January this year. Then in the quarterly, released in late January (weeks later), we found out that on New Years day Jaws went pop and broke. STX management did not report the incident (and subsequent year of set back) to the market, yet the share price drifted downwards. It was only in the compulsory quarterly that we were told about it. I get the feeling the same thing is going on here. I now do believe Jaws has little hope left and those who know it from an insider are selling. Us retail shareholders are left in the dark, again.
