There's been grave concern for Guam ever since this hearing in March 2010 by clued up Democrat Congressman Hank Johnson. Perhaps some kid can sail to the UN on a wobbly boat and help spread his fears.
(The most concerning part is that Dem supporters re-elected him for another term after this display of "intelligence".)
