I've got no doubt that MAY will cancel the deal regardless of which way their farmout goes. It's a backdoor cap raising, which could be done on market in a success case, or would be unviable in a non-success case. However, until it is officially canned, we we will likely move in lockstep with them. The break point in our favour would be on Vali success. Fingers crossed there.
