WHITE FLAG!!!!!

We live in a democracy. We have just had an AGM, enabling ALL shareholders to express their opinions by voting with their shares to reflect their views.
The Remuneration Report was the Number One Resolution. Less than 2% of ALL shares voted against the Remuneration of the BOD.
FIVE times as many voted in favour.

The judge's decision is final and we are not doing the image of this company any good by the losers using the HC forum to continue to denigrate the company and its BOD.
In fact, playing right into the hands of, IMO,the cause of the SP being where it is, as any one in their right mind who was considering buying shares in LKE, have most certainly been scared away and leaving the market wide open for games to be played, without ANY opposition.

Let's call it quits to this argument and let's ALL very genuinely hope to hell that those Incentive Rights ARE granted IN FULL and SOON, because, if they are not, that mass exodus, that hasn' t happened yet, will be what we will most certainly see. The outcome of those 3 incentive catalysts will determine the very future of this company.

All going well, we will see another AGM or EGM, where we can again express our democratic rights, maybe more than 2 people might even attend them next time..
