With the engineering company getting them at 1.8 cts...that means that the company (WSI) has done a huge favor to them...and subsequently people tend to think that is the value of the company.
I believe SP will rise in time...but squirm at the thought of those who might try to manipulate to keep consideration share price for the engineering company low. Not sure how they would do it...but tend to think there must be ways, and don't trust the market manipulators. ~250 million shares is a lot.
