Just to clarify, there is no such thing as a "granted international patent". You need to apply for a patent in each country, and each country examines the patent application under their own law.
Right now Micro-x doesn't have a single granted patent in Australia.
They have, however, had relatively good news regarding their PCT application (although this may suggest that the claims in their patent application are overly narrow, and could be easy to get around).
