there are factors that could be seen as intangible, but add value to the project......stable supply and grade, stable jurisdiction....in fact, having the govt and Townsville right behind this would be huge plus.
PM1 as it stands has huge leverage in the progress of this project, it just has to look solid, and no doubt, with Lycopodium involved, the PFS would have been nutted out properly
