On the question 'who is controlling the share price' :
Firstly : those responsible will be trading behind corporate veils, so they are 'invisible'
Secondly: consider this : 'who stands to gain from holding down the VWA price of NEU ?' Answer is simple : 'someone who will benefit from keeping the share price down' (e.g wants to buy NEU or part of it, OR perhaps competitor of NEU).
So who would you think is the most likely to benefit ??
