In answer to my question, there is an asx appeals tribunal.
the first question on this filing will be standing, surely. If ISX have not yet appealed, and lost, to the existing tribunal then what standing does this suit have?
my own guess is that this is a big distraction from the coming release of questions. I think they are likely to be very pointed and not headed in a good direction for ISX.
