Capraise IMO this court case does have a significant bearing on the ASX as ISX are seeking damages against the ASX - if ISX are successful there will be a financial cost to the ASX and they will incur legal costs in the meantime defending this matter - this is in my view price sensitive information and I’m at a loss as to why this has not been announced to the market - GLTAH
