Gerry, you can't help yourself. Can't you realise that this is not a school-room & you are not the master, and we are not a bunch of snotty-nosed little kids.
As someone remarked awhile back, you ruined the other channel with your "education" series & over-zealous posting, and I am concerned that you could well do the same to this site.
The internet is not a dinner-party with rules of politeness & decorum. If you are fearful that you might get offended, then don't bother going on-line.
Personally, I don't mind a bit of jousting amongst the posters, esp ax the NZ sharemarket is about exciting as watching pain dry.

Yes Farouk,
You were a foe in those days, weren't you? Hence your attitude. Posts appeared with let us have a go at Gerry with a chainsaw. That was when I wasn't looking (Was on another site).
Me trying to ruin the Sharetrader site? I don't think so, but sure others have tried and failed. Some may try again.
Incidentally, those education series have done very well over the years and the Aussies are quite keen to read them. Some is out of date though.
I was registered on the HC site since March 2001 and that is my main site now. I do transfer a large amount of work and Announcements to the Aussie site of Sharetrader. Hence the higher postings level, but often this is misunderstood. Obviously, readers could have had some benefit from this.
However, the amount of writing I do on HC and some Ozestock sites will make it more difficult to transfer this material to Sharetrader, because one can't leave anything out and I have lost too much time doing it. Often this work was done at night.
I prefer the more creative work on HC but this has also expanded. I have been thinking about this for some time and decided a couple of days ago to stop this double posting and omit the Aussie site of Sharetrader, except for one or two stocks.
I don't post much on the NZ site of Sharetrader and shall likely post less from now on.
There is of course a big difference between Sharetrader and HC and I like the attitude and variety on the massive HC site.
