Yes its a min/max $1.82 and if the special dividend is paid then the franking credit will add some . What I cant figure out, is PNC going to start trading again after Dec 13 ???? . It will also be interesting to see what kind of deal shareholders will get next year in the new company . By then all the accounting problems will be solved also along with the debt , so should then be back to business with a successful company , otherwise there is no way Carlyle would have bought it
