This was just a small 7,000 share parcel on sale to get the share price down to 22.5 cents. Anyone of us could've done this in the hope to spread fear again.
Could be some guy sitting in the 21, 22 cents order row hoping we buy into it and sell down so he can grab them cheap.
Hard to tell if institution or some other retail player is f*ing around with the price.
