@beisha ... If WFE had any of those necessary elements, then they would have announced it because of continuous disclosure rules.

I'm assuming WFE are keeping up with their continuous disclosure obligations but of course because they haven't bothered with other obligations like an AGM when due, I might be incorrect about them keeping the market informed.

Are you suggesting they have abandoned continuous disclosure obligations by keeping important information from the market??
