- The play is under appreciated that whole area south of the fairway.
- Where there is some condensate, there's probably more around the area, seismic will help strategise where to next
- Cheap to get out with pipes on the lot, unlike WE which doesn't have a pipe.
- More prospective gas around the area, seismic will help strategise where to next
- Most important off all, it decreases risk when doing a CAPEX on exploration and appraisal later on.

Also this will start to make it/drill it clearer to those who value WGO more than STX as to why STX has a higher market cap.
