i know all about Lepidico and their process, been in the office for a meeting a couple of years ago, my process is different to theirs, a West Perth based company sent me 50kg of lepidolite and i extracted 96% with a control temperature of 60 c . Very low energy and heap leachable. Not going to publish the way to do it but it is very cost effective. PS also can be used to extract gold from sulphides so it turns out. But there is serious money to be made by reducing energy in the manufacture of Silicon Carbide... i am subject to a few NDA docs so cannot say much.
