BV may I ask what post are you referring to on the AGM sayiong they couldn't get it in time !!! are you referring to some HC posters post ??? ...
IMO, there should have been a proper Co announcement made or did I miss it ..... ???
One would also have thought that at the very least the ASX listings officer should have followed up on the new funding issue not eventuating as was previously disclosed by the Co in responce to the ASX query letter !!
