You should rename yourself to pessimistus!
Even a high-grade mine near the surface requires capital to build the mine and the processing plant, mining licences, environmental approvals, transport and other logistics, and we all know the assay method and the extraction method are still being refined.
Then the revenue will come.
So what is it you don't get? I'm really struggling here.
