I think you can exercise options, even if suspended. No?
"You can exercise an option (if American Style) at any time up until 7pm on expiry day, regardless of whether the underlying stock is suspended or not." - ASX website.
If you had options though, would you exercise them while you were in an uninformed market? i.e. one where the org was subject to an ASX suspension that they explained was due to price volatility, but then led to large numbers of questions that focused on other things?
You'd have no way to price the shares, surely? And no certainty that trading would continue. It stands to reason people may let these lapse - it's another negative from the ongoing suspension and the inability of the market to price the shares.
