Flying Roo......can you tell me what Tyro's secret sauce is ? The moat. They are just in EFTPOS machines, a commodity product that as consumers we don't care about unless they are slow or don't work. Apparently Tyro's service is superior to the banks but the machines are more expensive on contract. I'm trying to figure out why the market went nuts over this IPO.
