They're probably stoners posting while high. There's no sane way to reason 25c in the near future. If there actually was some amazing news coming up in the near future which would push the price to 25c, it would demonstrate extreme incompetence on the part of management. Let's see if any of the deranged rampers can see the obvious reason for that.
