I'll be happier if the monster is broken up into little monsters. always a believer that individual parts are worth more then the sum.
not yet. need to get it ready for the market and then spin it off. ie sold or separate listing spin off.
there are a lot of irons in the fire at the moment and only really need one or two of them to work out and we should I be in a good spot in 12 months time.
