    The SPP is to fund the outgoings for the current Q.....
    I believe what the article is saying is there will be AUD $8M to $16M raised by 20 Dec which will be used to fund the company’s cash requirements until 16 April 2020......when the remainder of the USD $100M is raised through sophisticated investors........
