I think I see your point, but D Wall pretty much says, it is still a primary at around 36m 45 sec into the presentation.
To my mind it still makes sense to pursue the HRZ at this minimal cost and effort opportunity. If the theory on thermal maturity and this kerogen is proven by the sidewall core analysis. There may still be huge value in the HRZ unconventional, although a farmout is the likely outcome, value is value.
