ISX announces Federal Court Action against ASX, announces SWIFT operational update and no news from AFR.
Why have they gone silent on this now, they were very vocal OM report, announcing they were leaked details of email exchanges over the weekend etc. Trashing ISX over the last 9 weeks and now with this major step forward of Federal Court Action, not a peep.
This is very strange from an innocent, non-biased, informative, ethical news service that doesn't spread fake news.
What happened John Sharpiro, I know your on this thread....feeling a little uncomftorable with where this has gone!!!!
