Correct. The corruption was obviously rife, there is no doubt about it. Who's clean or dirty is currently still unclear. That point has never been denied. It requires effective and clean investigation of past corruption to work out exactly what happened and who was involved.
The point made is that it was clear that the issue at the time was more to do with "political bargaining" than anything. (As said at 10:39 and the reason I posted the video) That political bargaining continued with Biden's highly questionable actions, considering his personal conflicts of interest. It's not black and white as narrated by MSM.
No one is saying right or wrong, but just that it all requires fresh investigation, yet MSM and Dem supporters don't want a bar of it. Why? (Because Trump? That's not the correct or suitable answer.)
