You realise that the notes from the minutes (which I provided to you, no less) say that the investigations are ongoing and there is not yet a specific date at which insolvency was said to have occurred?

Keeping this in mind, do you think it is a bit risky to jump to conclusions and begin making accusations as if truth, on a public forum?

Just saying - perhaps be a bit more considered in your approach given that as at 7 November 2019 there was no conclusion published in the minutes.
