    3B report shows 3+ billion shares on issue (excluding the extra millions performance shares)

    Many here are frustrated with “downrampers” but the CR got dropped on the table even before Christmas!

    but hey, it is a positive CR as always right? deals are so imminent now!!!

    by the way $200k are not enough for 1 months expenses, more like 2-3 weeks since the cash outflow per quarter is almost $900k
