I can only find these from the Nov 23rd 3B. I'd expect by the exercise dates all these will be in the money.

With regards to the breakeven, and I could be wrong here, PD used $10/mo in the calculations of 40k beds. But I think that was a long time ago when roll outs to RACs were in their infancy. That would have generated $4.8m. Today we are achieving around $4/bed which puts the breakeven at 100,000 beds, presuming costs are still in line with expectations. I suspect they are higher, not withstanding there must be a marginal cost associated with the additional 60,000 beds in that breakeven calculation so I'd put breakeven at 120k beds.
