Yep, this still stands to reason imo.
Justin has also made a huge personal and emotional investment into this company and I believe that this is what is primarily driving him. We all take on projects at different times in our lives that come to define us, and it becomes a matter of personal growth and fulfilment to see them completed successfully.
But obviously there needs to be a fiscal reward as well, and while we might complain about directors fees and performance, I'll be candid, I wouldn't want to do what he is doing over there for anything less, it would be a nightmare to endure. So the return on investment would also need to be significant for the Major holders, otherwise there really would be no point in persisting.
